Since 1951, Create Credit Union has helped people create solid financial futures, building strong members who contribute to our community as some of our most needed and trusted residents.

Originally founded in 1951 as Clark County Credit Union, our first members came together and created the first “branch office” with a small wooden table, chair and a cashbox located inside the evidence vault in the County building in downtown Las Vegas. Their goal: support one another through safe, affordable financial services.
As Las Vegas grew, so did we. What began as a small credit union serving 25 Clark County employees expanded alongside the community, relocating and adding branches to better serve members where they live and work. Today, Create Credit Union serves nearly 60,000 members, manages more than $1.5 billion in assets, and operates branches throughout Southern Nevada – while continuing to grow across Nevada.
Who We Serve
Create Credit Union proudly serves individuals, families, and employees throughout Nevada through a combination of community membership and Select Employer Groups (SEGs).
Select Employer Groups are organizations, such as government agencies, healthcare providers, nonprofits and local businesses, that partner with Create CU to offer credit union membership as a benefit to their employees. This allows employees and their families access to member-owned banking, competitive rates and personalized service designed to support their financial well-being.
